Conditions for returns and exchanges


If you do not like a product for any reason, we can exchange or refund it under certain conditions.

 Return and/or exchange requests must be communicated and authorized in advance by our Customer Service by calling 02 822 85 555 or writing to clienti@bruneau.it within 45 days of the invoice date. Collections are carried out by and at the expense of Bruneau Italia s.r.l., while the Customer is solely responsible for returning the product in its original packaging, intact and complete with all its parts, including any instruction manual and all accessories. The return must be accompanied by a delivery note and/or invoice, return note with destination: Via Liguria, 1- 27010 - Siziano - PV. 

The credit note will be issued upon return of the goods to the warehouse from the moment the above conditions are met, otherwise the return will not be accepted and all transport costs incurred may be charged. In the event of a total return of the goods, any gifts received in the order are requested. Any requests for reimbursement cannot be accepted after 18 months from the date of the credit note.

State of the product

  • in perfect condition
  • accompanied by all accessories and documents (unopened sealed bags, unopened and unused consumables)

For software and ink cartridges, the packaging must be completely unopened.


Exclusions and specific conditions

  • metal furniture (metal cabinets, changing rooms, metal filing cabinets) except for defects in material and function (only defective parts will be replaced).
  • furniture and accessories, chairs, blackboards, cabinets ready for delivery, if assembled or with non-original packaging, not intact/complete except for defects in material and operation (only defective parts will be replaced);
  • technology products, audio & video, sealed software that have been opened, household appliances that have been used;
  • food and perishable products;
  • out-of-stock products, stamps, personalized items and what is ordered exclusively for the Customer (for these products we do not accept order cancellations);
  • clothing or PPE that has been used or not in unopened packaging.
