Change or cancel my order

In case of an error or omission in an order, you have a short period of time to change or cancel it (before the packages are prepared), with just a few clicks.

  • To do this, go to My account, My orders.
  • View the "Details" of the order in question to access the various possible actions.
  • Change or cancel the order and follow the instructions.
